This is a vanilla bug I believe but one which is triggered far more often with WT but under certain circumstances crew will vanish from the roster and return to their origin point but become totally inactive. As in you cannot interact with them. This has happened both when docking with stardock and during the vangurd flight sim. In my case the crew of the Sledgeback continue to vanish every few hours.

Nope. There's a vanilla bug where if the game has to unassign crew ( for example if you switch to a ship that has a lower crew capacity) then they sometimes just vanish instead of simply being dismissed. I'm guessing that Wt is causing more scenarios for this bug to trigger. It seems to happen most frequently at stardock though it also happened upon entering the vanguard hall ( not the sim itself.)
Edit: to be clear, the sledgeback is still there and torin is still there as it's pilot but any extras I assign to the ship return to their origin point and become totally shut down to interaction every few docks with stardock or during other scenarios where crew gets moved or unasigned for whatever reason.
