Chant books and chant reset

I know to reset the custom chants you have to re read the books “ah” “bah” and “krah” but the books are not in my inventory at all

Yes I did and I used all three to create my own chant and I saw on here that you have to re read them to reset the chant and make a new one but I don’t have them in my inventory is there a way I could pick them up again somehow?

Sorry how would I provide that? And would there be a way to obtain the books again trough console commands? I don’t know if they are essential so I don’t know if I sold them by accident or not but I couldn’t have.

Your preferred mod manager should be able to provide this.

For vortex, there should be a button at the top of the screen that's says Open. You select that, then Game Application Folder, and then there should be a file called "plugins.txt" that you can attach here.

For MO2 I believe it can be found in your profile data folder.

Hi there - after speaking to another team member, and testing this myself, it should be okay to console yourself in some more chant books. I am thinking perhaps they were accidentally sold, as they are indeed capable of being sold to vendors.

Since you unlocked the DIY chanting originally, the mechanic should still work for you. To do so, you can type the following in the console. If you continue to have problems please let me know though, and I will continue to look into this.

To find which numbers replace the 'xx' at the start, you need to find your Mod Index for the Bard College Expansion plugin (for example, mine is '0F'.). These should add the Ah, Bah, and Krah codexes to your inventory.
