Can't find the EE Solitude cash box.

I have not been able to find the cash box at the East Empire camp in Solitude. Can someone give a pointer?

It looks like you have some sort of conflict. The cart intersecting the left side of the stand is overlapping the Strong Box.

Thank you! Got rid of the wagon, crates and barrel and there it was.
