Sha'khar's usual introduction upon clearing a dungeon can be activated during the quest Speaking With Silence, which will mean waking up to him instead of Karliah treating you after the cutscene at the end of the dungeon. It's very jarring for him to appear here, completely breaks the mood and flow of the quest, and also doesn't match his dialogue at all about "emerging clearly victorious" when in fact you are emerging an inch from death. Snow Veil Sanctum should remain a claimable site, but it should be excluded from locations where Sha'khar can greet you.
