BCE Echoes quest not starting

i am stuck at waiting for the courier to bring the letter after gathering the 3 resonance tablets
and have looked through the other posts on the forum along with other places to try and fix it
the courier have arrived a couple of times with letters for other quests but never with the needed letter

is it possible to get the codes needed to force start the quests through commands so as i can continue with the playthrough

found out myself the command to force start echoes is

setstage KGCBard_MQ04 20

Hi there, sorry you have experienced an issue with this quest starting and glad you found a workaround for now. Can you please post up your mod list so we can look into this as well? Thank you.
