3rd quest unable to get to fully triger

I'm in the part where you gotten the dialogue to rip mods an remod stuff. After a while he now just ask me to find a shipment of stuff an says he's going to give a data slate but dose not give me one an only opens his normal dialogue. Repeats every time I talk to him.
The other issue is putting varuun assault armor on the rack superior grade changed it to standred an gave me 3 of them back without missing the armor.

Hi there! Regarding your suit bug, was this suit modded in any way at all with legendaries? Or was this suit just a "plain" superior one?

The mannequin should only allow for one suit to be placed onto it at a time, and if any more were placed, it should put them back in your inventory. Did you place down a single suit and get those blank ones back, or multiple?

With me having MS store version of the game. i do not have game pass i bought the game on relesse threw MS store. as i move around alot i was able to play on xbox an PC any where with owning the game threw MS store. My save files are no where to be found on my PC. Im not sure where there installed at as i looked in all folders.

Ah, are they not in Documents / My Games / Starfield / Saves ?

If not, we found a post that might be helpful:

""Save file location seems to be in: AppData\Local\Packages\BethesdaSoftworks.ProjectGold_3275kfvn8vcwc\SystemAppData\wgs\[very long number]

When you're in the right folder, you'll see a containers.index file and some folders with long ID strings for names - these seem to be your save games."

i know of that folder. theres litterly 500 folders an a index file. but all folders are empty.
