This mod starts way too early.
Can verify the Not Yet Watchtower creation works with v1.0.2. Loaded this and it successfully delayed triggering Watchtower for The Key Ingredient Ryujin mission. Did some checking with a couple of characters and found that some faction questlines are safe (don't trigger Watchtower) and some...- Villager
