Just can't start the quest.
I couldn't find a decent answer in previous posts. I'm stuck at talking to Jason. I've done all the dialogue options and nothing. Also the mannequin has no clothes on it when I know it should. I did have a mod that messed with leveling of enemies but I have disabled it and still have the issue...- RamrodAI
