    My skydrops disappeared and I'm not able to get any

    I think he means the drops themselves not showing up when programming the flares. I just installed 2 mechs on one of my ships, can't select them while programming.

    A few bugs I've noticed...

    I can confirm playing through Shattered Space without non-Bethesda issues while having the problem with the landmarks on Earth and thus being unable to do the NASA one, so Shattered Space should not be affected by Watchtower.

    Are all array fights supposed to be this intense?

    If it's the hard to hit one, you probably tried to take on a major array. From what I understand they're supposed to be intense if you don't do the minor ones first.

    [BUG] Watchtower breaks Unearthed Main Quest (NASA Launch Tower)

    Does this happen with only the NASA landmark or all of them? I'm currently not having any appear, but would like to know if it's the same issue or I should continue looking for other mods screwing things up.
