FWIW i used the console to update the kgcShip_GLOB_CyberampUnlock_DeviantFieldResonator GLOB from 2 to 3 and it fixed the menu so i could upgrade it. Not sure what caused it to not work with a value of 2 since that should have mapped to tier 2 based on the conditions in the CK. Maybe the quest...- miloshdrown

I'm having an issue that has occurred twice and is now stuck. When I first unlocked the devient Amp I then tried to upgrade it to teir 2 and the selection ui was bugged out.
