Hey there! So I have the book, and I have the ring equipped, but the quest dialouge didn't pop up. Was there a specific contact I need to talk to for it to trigger?

So I got to Korrin and he tasked me with asking the Jarl of Winterhold to allow them into their hold, yet when I go to speak to the Jarl he has no dialouge option. I exhausted all of Korrin's dialouge options but I still don't have the dialouge from the Jarl.

Ah I see thank you so much. For whatever reason the next quest refuses to trigger despite my waiting several in-game days. I have all three of the resonance tablets so I'm not sure if I'm missing another trigger somewhere.

So I stumbled into Stonesong Grotto without a quest and now I'm currently stumped. I got to the room with the stairs and trapped chest, but can no longer proceed. A blue crystal blocks the door and no rocks fall to open it. Am I missing something?
