Permanent Mercenaries in dungeons and mines
Just one question, does clearing the mines and dungeons make them permanently occupied by mercenaries? I have already taken some and activated that conversation with the cat saying that they already had the structure to exploit the natural resources of the occupied places, however, no guard...- jvlb26
