If you check the terminals near the sales counters, it will show you the list of all mods you currently have available to use, and selecting each one will tell you exactly how many you have available to be installed along with which pieces that specific mod can be installed on. =)

Just another player here, but I think I can help. The helmet stand you gotta use is on the ground next to the mannequin. I also use DU and had to disable it for most of the McClarence quests. A fix is on the way, though, and just waiting for approval by Bethesda.
