Do the EEE Camp Chest reset when the camp levels up?
TCL didn't work for me. If there are overlapping chests I could not decern between them. From what you have said this needs to be a bug report. After all, Sha’khar promised our loot would be safe. And this is available to console players, who don't have 'Console Commands'.- jc1ward

Do the EEE Camp Chest reset when the camp levels up?
I ask because I noticed something quirky with the EEE Chest in Whiterun. I've been deliberately leaving the broken handle from the junk given during the tutorial in that chest as kind of a canary.
