East Empire Expansion Quest - No Dialogue Option for Jarls
East Empire Expansion registered as complete. I have spoken to the Jarls in Markarth, Solitude, Falkreath, Whiterun, Dawnstar and Windhelm multiple times. There is never a new dialogue option involving EEE.- foxa37

Attempting the play through the expansion quest on xbox. After Winterhold I accepted Korrins quest to approach the remaining Jarls.
