I confirm that annoying bug for me in 1.0.3. I tried install WT with new clean save without any other mods and that was same situation (most time after fast travel). If im playing with all of my mods without WT and there is no bug. Waiting for magic patch cause mod is great anyways. Now in NG+...- dkillaz
