In this universe, I got the message on a captured Battleship, but I'm assuming that's because you're using an "M" class platform for the battleship, and I don't have any "M" class mods (yet). I'm having the same problem as reported by another user (BigBeardBaron). I've progressed far enough in the quest line that I'm "qualified" to pilot Watchtower ships, but when I capture a ship and try to fly it, I get the message "You cannot fast travel from this location".
