Update: decided to follow him back to camp this time to see if it would change anything and he ends up not even putting my stuff in the chest at all and then goes about his merry way. :/- DarkSlayerDante

Sha'khar won't talk to me
After completing the initial tutorial Sha'khar doesn't approach me. Using Immersive Citizens but nothing else that alters or messes with NPCs. Xbox Series X.- DarkSlayerDante
