Can't Progress "Lost in Transmission" Quest

Can't Progress "Lost in Transmission" Quest
I also started the Lost in Transition Quest. Step 1...Talk to Torin. Step 2....Jump to Coordinates. The instant I press either button for "Set Course" or "Show Map" , the game completely crashes. I'm on a P.C. with a lot of punch. Have tried completely erasing and reinstalling Watchtower...- DaMahn
