I thought for sure, after the many, many times I have looked up the No Stone Unturned quest in the past, I was certain that Rannveig's Fast was in Hjaalmarch, but it said it was claimed as a Whiterun...

    Never mind, finally got it. I remembered her being near a waterfall, and totally forgot about the uppermost waterfall...lol. Thank you again.

    I am brand new to the forums, but I don't see much of anything, so I will assume I am posting in the correct area...working on getting the Jarls' blessings for EEE. A couple games ago, the spirit at Anga's Mill spawned, and I didn't realize it was part of anything. Now I know it's part of this...
