Turn off Watchtower as a setting and not have to disable it.
That is good to know. I was pulling my hair out trying to figure out why it triggered at level 5 in spite of saying it wouldn't trigger until level 15. Just traveling to the empty moon with Heller on it triggered it. Starting a new playthrough with "Not Yet Watchtower" installed and set to delay...- aonach

Turn off Watchtower as a setting and not have to disable it.
The mod triggered for me at level 5. Just trying to land to find Heller. Seems its impossible to get around these guys at all. The game doesn't let you land anywhere, and the Frontier cannot fight them. Level 5 seems very low to start this, and the mod mentioned above, when applied to a save...- aonach
