For me, the vanilla target highlighted orange, showed a vanilla bounty, I collected said bounty, then moments later, the mod target popped, showing red, after searching for over an hour, in real time, yielding no results. Maybe coincidence, maybe not. Just sayin'. Still enjoying the mod, thanks...

UPDATE: Have successfully completed mission. The workaround went as follows: After unsuccessfully walked around for hours scanning everyone, began to randomly start talking to anyone with an orange aura. Then my scanner shows an NPC with a bounty for something else, unrelated to this quest. I...

I believe they mean that when they use the scanner, of course the people are highlighted, but that nothing shows up, in regards to any bounty, much less one specifically called "aggregated parking". I am also having the same issue. While it can be noted, that bounties not showing up on scanner...
