    Question : will watchtower fleets, listening post POIS, etc keep spawning after ending the storyline of watchtower

    I know they do after you destroy all the arrays. Im unsure after you complete the story though

    Correct, it is generated via the POI. (forgot the name of the mechanic at the time of my first reply.)

    You can still find cores via random listening posts you find on worlds. In my save I ended up destroying all the arrays without realizing that they were the best way to get cores so I was a bit worried at first too.
